Are these items returned?

Most of our items are close out/pull out, overstock and can also be returns from large retail companies.

What is the condition of the item you are selling?

We strive to provide exact condition of our products before it is posted for purchase on our website.

Our items may be sent without its original packing, original box or has been repackaged.


Where is this shipping from?

Our headquarter and physical store is in Greenwood, Indiana where fulfillment and shipping is processed.

What if I order and the item is damaged through transit?

If there is an obvious damage to your order’s shipping box or packaging, please ask the carrier driver to open the carton and inspect the contents with you. If you find damage, refuse the shipment and write "Refused due to damage" on the delivery receipt.

Most cases, there will be a delivery made without requiring presence or signature. Please email sales@sureplusindy.com if you have any questions or problems with items received.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our business which is an overstock and liquidations retailer, we run an "as is, where is" basis, we do not allow returns or exchanges, and all sales are considered final.

Please note that even when items are marked as new, there is still a small possibility that they show minor external damage like scratches, scoffs, discoloration, are may show minor signs of usage (for example, as a demo unit or tested unit). They may also be missing their original packaging. We try to make up for this by offering the lowest prices that we possibly can, in order to ensure the satisfaction of our valued customers.
